Car Broken Into, Laptop Stolen Outside Twinsburg Paninis

The information in this report is from the Twinsburg Police Department.

A woman dining at Paninis in Twinsburg went outside to find her car had been broken into and her laptop had been stolen, according to a Twinsburg Police report.

The woman reported the theft on Dec. 28. She told police that she was leaving Panini's on Darrow Road at about 5:43 p.m. and noticed that a rear passenger window had been broken on her Nissan Rogue and her laptop bag was missing.

Inside the bag was an HP laptop valued at $1,050. The window was valued at $400.

The area has seen a rash of similar crimes: Cars parked at restaurants having their windows broken out and laptops stolen. Solon has had a half dozen of similar thefts in the past few months.
