Council Will Consider $1.3 M in Bids on New Projects, Van

Council will make $1.3 million decisions at Tuesday's meeting

While Tuesday's city council meeting isn't long, it's pretty valuable.

When council meets tonight at 7 p.m. in the Twinsburg Government Center, they will decide whether or not to accept nearly $1.3 million in bids.

(You can view tonight's agenda in the PDF section to the right.)

Council is asked to consider a bid from Chagrin Valley Paving in Chagrin Falls for the 2012 Road Program for nearly $883,000. Council will also vote on accepting a bid from Great Lakes Crushing in Eastlake to do the Chamberlin Road sidewalk project for $371,000.

We'll have more coverage on both projects in the next few days.

City council will also consider a $42,500 bid on a 14-passenger wheelchair van from the Myers Equipment Corporation in Canfield.

Keep it locked to Twinsburg Patch for more coverage of these stories and more.
