Did a Rude BMW Driver Damage A Woman's Car? The Blotter

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department

 

One woman's day went from annoying to bad news fast.

On May 23, just before noon, police were called by a 63-year-old woman who said her car had been vandalized.

She said that morning she pulled into work at Coldwell Bankers on Darrow Road and a black BMW was taking up several parking spaces while the driver was chatting on his cell phone.

When she asked if he would move he brushed her off, saying he needed to finish his phone call.

The man finally drove away and she parked. When she went out to her car later she found it was damaged by large rocks.

They saw the sign, then broke it

On May 22 a man called police after a wooden sign and two spotlights were vandalized on Framingham Lane.

Police had no leads on who may have caused the damage but the cost to replace the sign was valued at $500.

Make sure you lock that locker

A woman told Twinsburg police on May 22 that somene stole a $200 iPod 3 from her son's locker at Twinsburg High School earlier that day.

Of all the beers to steal...

During a routine business check on May 23, while officers were at the GetGo on Hadden Road they found a man had stolen a 24 ounce can of Bud Ice.

Police stopped him in the parking lot and he was cited for petty theft.
