Dunkin' Donuts could have a new location in Twinsburg in the near future.

Building and Planning Coordinator Lynn Muter said architects for the company are making plans to construct the building at 2573 E. Aurora Rd.

"They will be appearing before planning commission for the first time with their proposal on Monday night," Muter said.

The architects, David Sommers & Associates in Kent, are proposing a 2,200 square-foot building for the Dunkin' Donuts and another 2,800 square-foot building beside it.

Muter said they would likely lease out the second building.

In order to get the required space, two houses would be removed from the property.

The company is requesting a drive-thru, Muter said, which will require a conditional use permit and a public hearing.
