Sunday, August 7, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. - Festival.
Why Go: It's Twinsburg's signature summer event. Join-in the annual celebration of twins. See the twins parade Saturday morning and watch fireworks at night. Enjoy food, games and twins talent shows all weekend. Entertainment includes a magician and dancers both days, the band Night School on Saturday and the Chardon Polka Band on Sunday.
Pricing: Saturday and Sunday general admission is $3 for the public, non-registered twins and twin's family members. Parking is $3 and shuttles are provided.
3. Cleveland Browns Family Day
Where/When: Cleveland Browns Stadium, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, downtown Cleveland lakefront.
Saturday, August 6, 2 p.m. (Gates open 1 p.m.)
Why Go: Your Cleveland Browns start another season and welcome everyone to a free inter-squad scrimmage at the stadium. See all the new players and coaches. There will be family and children's events, live entertainment, autograph session and the Brown's Backers Worldwide auto display. Various stadium concession stands will be open for food and beverage purchases.
Pricing: Entry is free and open to the public.
Where/When: Lock 3, 200 South Main Street, downtown Akron.
Saturday, August 6, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Why Go: Pick through 200 craft beers from over 70 breweries that include about 30 Ohio options. Hear local Blues icon Frankie Starr perform on stage while you responsibly sample the tasty adult beverages. This is one of the largest craft beer festivals in Northeast Ohio. Main sponsors include the Winking Lizard and Thirsty Dog Brewing Co.

6. Cabaret Concert at Happy Days Lodge: Helen Welch
Where/When: Happy Days Lodge, 500 W. Streetsboro Rd. (S.R. 303), Peninsula.
Sunday, August 7, 6:30 p.m. (Grounds open 5 p.m.)
Why Go: The talented Helen Welch and a trio of musicians perform Broadway love songs spanning decades. Hear music from South Pacific, Wicked, Guys and Dolls, My Fair Lady and more. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, pack a picnic and enjoy a cabaret concert outdoors. The event is part of the Music by Nature Summer Series 2011, in conjunction with the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Pricing: $20 general admission. Free Parking.
