When you have to go, you have to go.
On the evening of Feb. 20, a Twinsburg police officer pulled into the GetGo gas station on Hadden Road to check on a car that drove in with its hazard lights on.
That's when the officer saw a man get out and "start urinating on the side of the car in the parking lot." The man was identified and found to have a suspended license.
While speaking to the public reliever, the officer noticed a strong smell of an alcoholic drink. The man was arrested and performed some field sobriety tests at the police station, but refused a breath test.
A small bag of marijuana was also found on him. He was charged with drunken driving, driving under suspension, drug abuse and public indecency.
