More Drunken Driving Charges: The Blotter

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

On April 13 a Monticello Drive resident called Twinsburg police after someone busted out the truck's rear window, parked in the driveway.

An officer confirmed the damage but could not locate evidence of how it happened.

Drive sober or get pulled over

During an April 14 traffic stop on I-480 a woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving, weaving, and open container in a car.

Man on the run

Twinsburg police helped track down a man wanted by the Sagamore Hills Police Department on Sunday, April 15.

Officers responded to Silverdale Circle residence to a man that left a domestic incident in Sagamore Hills and returned him to the other department.

Hide your beer can

Officers stopped a car on Whitewood Avenue on April 16 because the license plate wasn't lit up.

While talking to the driver, police smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver's breath.

That's when they saw an open container of beer in the car. After field sobriety tests, the driver was charged with drunk driving.
