Motorcycle Leads Police on Chase: The Blotter

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department.

 

A man led Twinsburg police on a bit of a chase Aug. 29. 

Officers tried to stop the man for speeding on I-480 while heading east and pursued the driver through Twinsburg Township.

He was eventually stopped and arrested on Hadden Road.

The man was charged with eluding police (a felony), obstructing police business, and other traffic violations.

Who are you, again?

Police found a man who was wanted with a warrant from Twinsburg at the GetGo gas station on Hadden Road on Aug. 30.

But while they were speaking with the woman who was driving him, they discovered she had someone else's Ohio ID.

The woman who owned the ID was wanted on a warrant for assault, and was told she could pick it up at the police station.

Swipe knowledge and someone's cash

A woman went to police on Aug. 31 after she said her money was stolen at the Twinsburg Public Library.

She told police she misplaced her cell phone case at the library and when she found it, $80 was missing.
