One man is still in critical condtion at Metro Health hospital after he was injured Wednesday morning after a flash fire at Reserve Alloys, according to the Twinsburg Bulletin.

The Twinsburg Fire Department was called just after 5 a.m. about a burn victim at the 1831 Highland Road business.

The victim was LifeLighted to Metro Hospital. Two other workers were taken to the Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg to be checked out. Fire Captain Jim Hartung said he didn't know the condition of any of the employees.

Hartung said the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

"It was a machine they were working with and it was pretty instantaneous, Hartung said. "We're working on putting it all together now."

He said the flash fire was out before responders arrived. There was no damage to the building, just minor damage to the machine that caused it.

"It's a real quick flash and it's done with," Hartung said.
