Panera Bread Could Be Baking in Town Center Soon

The food chain has filed plans with the city to move into the Darrow Road location

Panera Bread may be breaking bread in Twinsburg in the near future.

The company has submitted plans to the city's building department to move into Twinsburg Town Center on Darrow Road, near the Giant Eagle, according to Planning Coordinator Lynn Muter.

While there aren't many details yet, Muter said they are looking to renovate a 5,800 square-foot space in the shopping center, adjacent to Studio Wish Salon.

"The plans are under the building department's review," Muter said.

Because they would occupy an existing space, the process should move much quicker.

There won't be a need to go before city council or planning commission, Muter said, so they just need to do the renovations, get proper inspections and file for an occupancy permit once it's done.

Muter didn't have any details on a potential time line for completion.

Twinsburg Patch will keep you posted on this story as more information becomes available.

This is wonderful news! It certainly will draw lots of people who will probably think about shopping at other local establishments, too.
