Police Called for Group Throwing Fireworks at Cars
According to Twinsburg police, some teenagers got their 4th of July off to an early, illegal start
Fireworks are a fun part of the July 4 holiday; unless they're being shot at your car.
Late on July 3 Twinsburg police were called to the Wendy's on East Aurora Road because a group of four or five teenagers were throwing fireworks at cars, according to the report.
Drive-thru workers said they saw a group of juveniles in the parking lot and that they were still on the property.
Police talked with one person involved who said he was the one lighting the fireworks and lead police to the rest of his stash.
They were taken to the fire department for proper disposal.
