As employees of the East Aurora Road McDonald's were leaving work on Oct. 9 they became nervous because of a suspicious car sitting in the parking lot.
When police arrived they spoke with the people inside the car, both Virginia residents.
Officers said the pair were being evasive so they brought the K9 unit in to do a drug search.
Police found a glass pipe with burnt marijuana inside and a burnt marijuana cigarette.
The passenger was cited for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a court date and released.
