Crews are constantly working where the new Panera Bread will soon be baking on Darrow Road.
But the big question in Twinsburg: When will it open?
Building Commissioner Russ Rodic said the owners haven't specified a date yet, but it should be open in early December.
"Maybe after this week I might know more," Rodic said Tuesday.
He said workers have been rennovating the 5,800 square-foot space in the Town Center shopping plaza, next to Giant Eagle. Right now they are working on roofing, plumbing and electrical.
Soon they will start putting up the drywall and adding the finishing touches to give it the Panera feel, Rodic said.
