The war on Twinsburg mailboxes has begun.
After more than a dozen were vandalized in area neighborhoods last month, there have been more reports of mailbox mischief.
On July 30, an Abrams Drive resident called the police, saying someone had put pork and beans and a sticker in their mailbox.
The next day police were called to Holmes Drive after someone put Vaseline all over the mailboxes on Moorland Drive that belong to Holmes Drive residents.
Put the weed away
On Aug. 1 police pulled over a car on Darrow Road near Taco Bell.
During the stop the officer smelled marijauna from inside and found a pill bottle with the drug .
The 18-year-old man was charged with drug possession.
Bike burglar
On Aug. 2 a resident of an Altamont Drive apartment called police after her bike was stolen from her garage.
Officers searched for the $300 bike but couldn't find it in the area.
