Ward 1 voters in Stow were flocking to their polling place at St. Stephen Lutheran Church throughout the day Tuesday. Poll workers Debi Rich, seated at right, and Jackie Schwemler, seated at left, said 377 of the 1,100 registered voters in Ward 1-F had already cast their ballots by 2:15 p.m. Rich and Schwemler said it was their understanding that Ward 1-F has more registered voters than any other precinct in Summit County, but that number may be reduced in the future.
