Canning & Freezing Your Summer Harvest
Come hear Linnette Goard, assistant professor of family and consumer sciences at the Ohio State University Extension, explain various techniques to preserve vegetables and fruits, including canning, freezing and pickling. The class also will cover making jams and jellies. Handouts on tips and techniques will be available. Please register for this event.
