Bites Nearby Classic: Blue Canyon Kitchen and Tavern

Blue Canyon Kitchen and Tavern is a fine-dining restaurant that has the look and feel of the lodges at America's national parks. Both dinner and tavern menus are offered, as well as dessert and kids' menus.

With a quiet and elegant atmosphere, Blue Canyon offers a variety of cuisine options, from your typical bar food and vegan options, to sushi and a Japanese flair.

They are open for dinner from 5-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 4-9 p.m. on Sunday. Check out their Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
