Twins Days Festival Seeing Good Registration So Far
Nearly 700 sets of twins have signed up for the 2013 festival.
It's hard to believe that the major event in Twinsburg, the Twins Days Festival, is just over a month away.
So far registration has been picking up and has 700 sets of twins preregistered as of Tuesday, according to Councilman Gary Sorace, who also serves on the Twins Days committee.
"It's a pretty good number for this time of year and they're starting to come in every day now," he said.
The festival kicks off Friday, Aug. 2 for twins only and continues for the general public on Saturday, Aug. 3 and Sunday, Aug. 4.
Everything will kick off with the Twins Days Golf Outing at 9 a.m. on that Friday, with many contests and events throughout the weekend.
