Don't miss these great upcoming events

Academy Award Movie Nights begin on Monday March 19. Watch the Oscars' Best Film and Actor nominees with library friends on Mondays nights through May 14. Admission, popcorn, lemonade and iced tea are on us! Movies start promptly at 6:15 p.m. Refreshments are served 10 minutes prior to start time. Please call the library for movie information.

Tuesday, March 20 at 7 p.m., come listen to Blues guitarist Dan Holt. This singer, songwriter and blues guitarist, will play his music and talk a little about the blues and its role in American music.

On Saturday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m., Christine Angell, from Contemporary Quarters, will be here to talk about the benefits of massage therapy. She will demonstrate techniques.

Arthritis: How to Stop, Prevent or Reverse It will be held on Wednesday, March 28 at 6:00p.m. Learn methods and strategies to cope with arthritis during this session. Our presenter, Dr. Robert Ault of Ault Chiropractic, is back by popular demand.

Four Corners Clarinet Quartet will perform on Sunday, March 25 at 2pm.  Come join us for an afternoon of Sunday music. The Four Corners Clarinet Quartet will play a variety of fun and interesting tunes.

Playwriting 101 Wednesday, April 11 and Wednesday, April 18, 7pm Have you ever wanted to write a play? Now is your chance to learn. Take this two-week class with Marti Franks, former Twinsburg High School drama and English teacher, and learn the essential elements of a compelling stage production. For ages 16 and up. Space is limited, so sign up today.

The Annual Financial Report of the Twinsburg Public Library for the year ended December 31, 2011, has been completed and is available for public inspection in the office of Eileen Holloway, Fiscal Officer, 10050 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A copy of the report can be provided upon request.

Kids Korner

Bring your favorite doll to this program and learn all about Josefina, growing up in New Mexico in 1824. Play games, make crafts, and enjoy a fun snack. Registration begins March 30, call 330-425-4268 ext. 3.

TeenCrossings

The Cause is back! We are looking for teens, grades 7 and up, to perform music, poetry, drama, and comedy at this coffeehouse style event. Purchased baked goods and beverages at the event will benefit ACBC, Aluminum Cans for Burned Children.

Hunger Games Party-Thursday, March 22, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Celebrate the release of "The Hunger Games" in theaters. We will be playing games, making a pin, and hosting a potluck. Please bring in a dish inspired by the book. For examples, see a teen librarian. You may also dress as you favorite character. May the odds be ever in your favor.
