Arts for All Festival - Under The Sea

This is a free, family interactive art festival celebrating diversity, awareness and self expression is all children, of ALL abilities.  With over 12 hands-on art activities, festival participants can enjoy creating their own masterpieces and also view hundreds of pieces of student art work on display.  Great family fun!!
