It's getting hot out there. What better way to cool off than to head over to Mitchell's Ice Cream in Solon for some cool, creamy homemade goodness?
Mitchell's -- which also has locations in Beachwood, Westlake and Rocky River -- has been around since 1999, and was started by two Cleveland brothers. Their hand-dipped ice cream is rich and creamy, they make their own waffle cones and brownies.

The menu has a good variety of flavors: They serve peanut butter chips, key lime pie, raspberry cheesecake and caramel fudge brownie just to name a few. Have your ice cream served in all the classic ways (cones, shakes, sundaes, etc.). You can also check out Mitchell's fresh fruit smoothies.
