Bites Nearby: Kiss the Blarney Stone at Mavis Winkle's

You don't have to go to Dublin to eat as well as an Irishman

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

Are you feeling lucky? If you choose Mavis Winkle's for dinner this weekend, you sure are.

Mavis Winkle's Irish Pub is located in the Twinsburg Town Center. This Irish pub features Irish cuisine and strives to offer the atmosphere characteristic of Irish pubs.

And of course, they have an Irish favorite: Beer. Not only do they have a vast selction of beers, they also offer cocktails, martinis, scotch, tequila, vodka and wine, for the more-refined tastes.

As far as food goes, can you really pass up Casey's Corned Beef on Rye sandwich? If so, you are a stonger person than most.

A great place to catch up with friends or even catch a game, the atmosphere isn't as rowdy as a typical pub, but it's not a silent night by any means.

Off-premise catering and on-premise banquet options are available.
