FD Johnson Company Making Move to Twinsburg

The company is moving 18 jobs to Case Parkway by month's end

The FD Johnson Company announced Monday that it is moving into a new location at 1933 Case Parkway North in Twinsburg, according to a press release.

The company, which provides high quality centralized lubrication systems, pumps, and services in the machine industry, purchased a 14,000 square foot building in the city and plans to open on April 30.

FD Johnson has been part of the Cleveland landscape since 1933 and chose Twinsburg in order to remain centrally located for its 18 employees.

“We looked at several cities that offered us leasing opportunities, but ultimately purchasing the building in Twinsburg turned out to be the best decision for us,” said Chip Hautala, FD Johnson Company CIO/CFO, in a press release. “We are pleased with the reception we received from the mayor and the city’s development staff.”

The move accommodates a recent 20 percent staff growth within the company and will allow FD Johnson more space to better serve the ever-growing machine servicing industry.
