5 Things to Do This Week in Twinsburg

You may have a short week, so here are some ways to make it go even faster

We hope you are all rested up from the weekend and are ready for the week ahead.  Is your week planned out already? If not, we have a few suggestions for you.

  1. Stay home with the kids.  Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so all the kids in the have the day off.  If you don't, call in sick and go sled riding or to a movie.  Don't forget all city offices are closed today too.
  2. Have a manly book discussion.  The is hosting a Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. at the library.  The group will discuss John Tabor's Blind Descent.  If you haven't read it, we suggest a crash course in speed reading.
  3. Cheer on the Tiger boys' varsity basketball team as they play Lakewood at home Tuesday night.  The game was originally scheduled for Dec. 14 but canceled due to weather. The Tigers will be looking for a big win after a tough loss to Solon Friday.
  4. Show the Board of Education your gratitude.  The board meets this Wednesday at 7 p.m. and January is School Board Recognition Month, so let them know you support them while finding out the latest news in the district.
  5. Take the family out to eat.  There are great resturaunts in Twinsburg, so have a family dinner out this week.  May we suggest ? Or even ? Or even our favorite, ? No matter what you choose, with family, you can't lose.
