Hi Twinsburg! A Note From New Editor Chris Mazzolini

Maybe it's destiny that I'm the new editor of Twinsburg Patch. I am an identical twin, after all.

Hi, I'm Chris Mazzolini, the new editor of Twinsburg Patch.

I think it might be destiny that I'm the new editor in Twinsburg.

For starters, I'm an identical twin (if you look at the picture, I'm on the right. I'm much older now, I promise!) I have many fond memories of the Twins Day festival as a kid growing up, and I look forward to covering that great event as an adult.

I grew up in Wickliffe (You can read my bio here) and remember playing sports, mainly football and track & field, against Twinsburg in middle school and high school, back in the days of the old CVC.

For the last two years, I've been the editor for Solon Patch, your friendly sports rivals and neighbors to the north. I will continue managing both Solon and Twinsburg Patch, and look forward to getting to know everyone in Twinsburg and reporting the news and information that you want and need.

I think my buddy Mitch Cooper -- who is still with Patch and will be around from time to time putting his awesome video and sports-reporting skills to use -- did a fabulous job as editor here, and I plan to keep up what he started.
