How You Can Help Jason Lilly's Family
The family needs help financially for Jason's funeral and burial
A week after Jason Lilly, 17, , his family needs financial assistance for his burial and funeral.
Superintendent Kathryn Powers said on Wednesday that she spoke with Lilly's mother, India Bailey, over the weekend to offer condolences for the district and see what they could do to help.
This Friday, the district will help raise money for the family with "Dress Down for a Cause." Everyone in the district is invited wear purple, Jason’s favorite color, in exchange for making a goodwill offering to assist the Lilly/Bailey family.

If you would like to help, all checks should be made out to the “Jason Lilly Jr. Memorial Fund” which has been established at on East Aurora Road.
A visitation and funeral for Lilly has been planned for Saturday, Feb. 4. Vistiation is at 10 a.m. and the funeral service is at 10:30 a.m. at New Sardis Primitive Baptist Church, 3474 East 147 St., Cleveland.
