Here is a blurb about why Twinsburg was ranked by the magazine:

True to its name, Twinsburg throws an annual Twins Day Festival, drawing multiples from across the state. The celebration honors the set of twins who donated land to create a town square in the 1800s. Halfway between Cleveland and Akron, this safe town has struggled during the recession: its largest employer, the Chrysler Stamping Plant, closed its doors in 2010, laying off nearly 200 people. But business in the area is looking brighter: a branch of the famed Cleveland Clinic recently opened here.

Twinsburg missed the list in 2010, but was ranked 30th in 2009.

Other Ohio towns on the list include Solon and Highland Heights (both Patch towns!!), Mason and Springsboro.
