Twinsburg Sees Second Flood Advisory in a Week

Most of Northeast Ohio is under a flood watch until Sunday

For the second time in a week rain coming through the area may cause flooding throughout Northeast Ohio, including Twinsburg.

The National Weather Service reports that a storm system moving into the region will dump more heavy rains on grounds that are already saturated from the previous storm and melting snow as well as rivers that are still swollen.

Twinsburg had several  when the storm rolled through on Monday, requiring cleanup crews to clear some roads of debris left behind.

NWS expects the rain to begin early this morning and continue throughout the entire weekend, with several inches of rainfall possible.

Today will see temperatures in the mid-to-lower 40s and wind gusts of 20 mph possible.
