A Super Celebration for a Super Library

Twinsburg Public Library, Neighbor

Help the Twinsburg Public Library celebrate 75 years of Superman! This special event will be held on November 15th from 6:45 pm to 10:00 pm. The evening will include panel discussions, movie showings, and face-to-face conversations with comic artists and authors. Scheduled to appear are: Mike Olszewski; Brad Ricca - author of Superboys; Marc Sumerak - DC & Marvel Comics artist and writer; Mike Barr - DC Comics writer; Chris Yamber - writer and artist; and Michael Savene, pop culture expert from Pop! The comic book professionals will meet the public, share their creative processes, and discuss comic books and their impact on literacy and reading. You’ll also hear about the history of Superman in Cleveland!

Tickets for admission, hors d’oeuvres, and soft drinks are $30. Tickets for admission and soft drinks only are $5. Tickets are now available online at www.twinsburglibrary.org/tplfoundation or by calling 330-425-4268 x 5. The event will be catered by Red’s Gourmet Catering of Twinsburg.
