"Top 10" National Homebuilder K. Hovnanian Homes is Hiring! We are currently seeking talented and career oriented Sales Consultants and New Home Sales Trainees (all levels of experience) for multiple opportunities within Eastern Cleveland.

FT Sales Consultants (Experienced) - Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience in New Home Sales. Your dynamic personality turns browsers into buyers! As a Sales Consultant at K. Hovnanian, you’ll be the one to spearhead new home sales within our dynamic team. The Sales Consultant will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. In addition, the Sales Consultant will follow up on prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition. A Realtors License is NOT required. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Good computer skills are necessary. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. **Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening hours is required.

FT New Home Sales Trainee (Entry Level) - Minimum of 1-2 years face-to-face sales experience preferred. Transferable skills from Pharmaceutical Sales, Auto Sales, Real-Estate Sales, Retail Sales, and Restaurant/Hospitality industries, have been proven to be beneficial in producing highly successful New Home Sales Trainees; excellent communications and time management skills are required. A Realtors License is NOT required. We will train you to become a New Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be mentored by an experienced Sales Consultant and learn how to create interest, follow up with prospective customers, transfer knowledge of our homes and the market, secure contracts and interact with our construction management teams.
