Come see why hundreds of us have joined together to create better lives for ourselves and our communities by swapping hours and supporting one another with everything from babysitting and tutoring, along with sewing and music lessons--to car detailing, house painting, accounting and woodworking (just to name a few!).
Members come from Kent, Twinsburg and Hudson--to Stow and Cuyahoga Falls--plus Streetsboro, Solon, Ravenna and many, many more of our surrounding communities.
We total more than 500 members and are growing weekly.
To be a part of this (YOUR local) TimeBank community, which now spans three counties, you need only attend a single meeting where we learn to navigate the group's software and explore how this organization creates a better world for all.

Essentially, there is a "timebank account" created in your name once you are activated (trained) and accepted into the group's software (data base).
Surf the "timebank classifieds" and use time credits for trade or save your earned time credits and come spend them at the hOUR Share Exchange Center.
Did we mention that you earn two (free) time credits just for attending this meeting?
Once you are ready, create a service ad for the community software and offer up something that you love to do/teach/share (that's the give and take part!).
Don't think you have anything to offer? Remember, we all have ASSETS! You will identify what you want to contribute along the way--no hurry or worry. Promise.
Also, there are never any fees and you can become as active as you want, though we encourage attendance to the monthly potlucks (optional), as it is a great way to network and grow your bank.
