Bad Drugs? Man Smokes Weed, Then Rushed To Hospital: Police Report

A man was rushed to the hospital by Twinsburg paramedics after his friend called and said he was sick after smoking marijuana, according to Twinsburg Police.

The police received a call at about 1 a.m. on Nov. 28 from a man who said they had been smoking weed and his friend had become sick, according to the police report.

The caller said his friend had been throwing up in the kitchen of the Fiarfield Drive home and was drifting in and out of consciousness.

Police and paramedics went to the house, and the sick man was taken to University Hospitals of Twinsburg. Marijuana and some drug paraphernalia were found in the house, according to the police report.

Both men were cited for marijuana possession and the sick man was also cited with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Both men are due in Stow Municipal Court on Dec. 7
