Driver Passed Out in Car, Charged With Physical Control: The Blotter
The following information is provided by the Twinsburg Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction
got a report of a car sitting on the exit ramp of I-480 on State Route 82 with the "driver slumped over the wheel" on April 7.
Officers located the car and arrested the driver on physical control charges. The passenger was arrested on drug possession and drug abuse charges.

During an April 7 traffic stop on Hadden Road, police found the driver of the car had a suspended license and was arrested.
Officers then founda a small bag of marijuana in the man's coat pocket during a pat down. He was cited for a suspended license and drug abuse.

Don't party in the car
On April 7 police stopped a car for driving without tail lights in the parking lot of on Darrow Road.
That's when officers found two open bottles of vodka and marijuana.
While the occupants were adults, all were under 21 and charged with underage consumption and possession of marijuana.
