Fire Chief: Decco Alloys Damage at Least $600,000
There are no official numbers on the total losses from the Sept. 21 fire
The figures are slowly rolling in, estimating the total damage to , after a fire ravaged the building on Sept. 21.
Fire Chief Richard Racine said the fire department estimates a total loss of at least $600,000.
"I would be shocked if it was less than that," Racine said, noting those numbers were estimates by his department. Decco's insurance adjusters haven't yet determined the official numbers.

Those estimates included a loss of $200,000 to the building itself, $50,000 to vehicles, and $300,000 in contents.
