UPDATE: Glenn Wong Murder Case Sent To Summit County Courts

Glenn Wong, a 50-year-old Twinsburg man, is charged with aggravated murder in the death of his wife, Tami Wong.

Glenn Wong's case will now be sent to the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.

Wong appeared in Stow Municipal Court Monday and waived his right to a preliminary hearing, sending the case to a grand jury in Summit County for consideration of an indictment.

Wong appeared in court in person, wearing a red-and-white striped jumpsuit and with his wrists and ankles shackled. Wong was accompanied by his attorney Brian M. Pierce.

Wong was charged with aggravated murder in the death of his wife, Tami Wong, on Feb. 24. He is currently in Summit County jail after his bond was set at $1 million cash.

He will remain in jail until at least after the grand jury hears the case.

Wong is accused of stabbing his wife, Tami Wong, to death early on Feb. 24 during a domestic dispute.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge during his first court appearance, via video, on Feb. 25.

The Wongs had two children, who are now living with a relative.
