A Grinch-like criminal decided to try to ruin Christmas for some Twinsburg families, according to a police report.
On Dec. 4 at about 8 p.m., a resident of Brighton Circle called the Twinsburg Police to report that someone cut a strand of her Christmas lights on her home.
She told the police that the same thing happened to one of her neighbors.
Police were sent to the home to take a look.
