Heroin Found In Twinsburg: Two Arrests Made During Traffic Stop

Twinsburg Police officers arrested two Hudson residents for heroin possession after they grew suspicious of a car parking and running in the Cleveland Clinic parking lot at about 11 p.m. on Jan. 14, according to a police report.

Arrested and charged was Allison L. Kuczma, 24, and William Rummling Kelly, 26, both of Hudson, according to the police report. They face drug possession charges. The driver of the car also faces a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.

According to the report, police found both people in possession of heroin and marijuana. Both were arrested and transported to the Solon jail.
