UPDATED: Twinsburg Women Involved in Vandalism at Liberty Park

Park rangers caught three people who confessed to the graffiti

Two Twinsburg women, sisters, were questioned and charged with vandalism in Liberty Park on Sept. 2, according to Metro Parks Serving Summit County.

Rangers found graffiti in the cave of the park the same day, which they believe happened sometime around Aug. 31.

The sisters, and their male cousin from Stow, have all been charged with destroying and defacing Metro Parks poperty and are to appear in Stow Municipal Court.

The man was also charged with drug paraphernalia, found with a marijuana pipe, according to the ranger's report.

Rangers at Liberty Park caught three people who vandalized a cave, according to the Metro Parks Serving Summit County's Twitter page.

Rangers found graffiti in the cave inside the park. Finding the suspects became easier though, after they spray-painted their last names and initials.

According to Twitter, a quick search found the suspects who then admitted to the vandalism.

Twinsburg Patch called a spokesperson for the metro parks, who was unavailable. Check back for more details as they come in.
