Man Arrested For Assaulting Girlfriend

A 22-year-old Twinsburg man was charged with domestic violence after police say he left his girlfriend bruised and bleeding in her car, according to Twinsburg Police.

The man was taken to Solon Jail and is being held without bond.

According to the police report, on May 11 at about 11 p.m. the Twinsburg Police Department went to a home and found a 23-year-old woman sitting in her car, bruised and bleeding.

The woman said her boyfriend assaulted her and then drove away in his truck, according to the police report.

Police caught up with him on Darrow Road and he was arrested.
