Police: Drunk Man Harasses People at Kingdom Hall of Jehova's Witnesses

The following information was provided by the Twinsburg Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction

police arrested a man who is accused of harrassing people at a local church while he was drunk on Tuesday, March 20.

Anthony Vonni, 31, of Twinsburg, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest for drunkenly harassing people at on East Idlewood Drive.

This wasn't Vonni's first run in with police. The day before, officers found him drunk at the and gave him a warning for public intoxication. Later that same day he was warned for walking in traffic while drunk on Ravenna Road.

During the arrest on March 20, Vonni refused to be handcuffed, constantly dropping himself to the ground. Eventually officers were forced to use a stun gun on his leg to get him into the police car, according to the report.

Officers also reported he had blood on him and a bump on his head before police arrived.
