Scorned Wife Assaults 'The Other Woman' in Twinsburg

Affairs are always tough, and sometimes, they end badly.

Twinsburg police were called to a fight at the Cracker Barrel on East Aurora Road on April 28.

They found a female victim sitting on the restaurant's sidewalk, bleeding from her face. She said she was meeting 37-year-old Claudia Robertson, of Streetsboro, who was the wife of a man she had been seeing.

She said after meeting Roberston in the parking lot, she told her details about her affair with Robertson's husband. That's when the wife attacked, grabbing the victim's hair and punching her in the face.

A witness inside the restaurant said he saw the fight from the window, but as soon as he got to the parking lot to break it up, Robertson had left.

Police later found the suspect at her house in Streetsboro. Robertson was charged with felonious assault.
