Three people who robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint in Twinsburg were sentenced to prison this week

The robbery occurred in August 2012 at a vacant house on Chamberlin Road. A woman called Marco's Pizza in Macedonia and ordered a delivery for the home. When the driver arrived, he was robbed at gunpoint and released without injury.

The following persons were sentenced for this crime:

  • Eugene Vasser III, 20, of Twinsburg, pled guilty to one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at the Lorain Correctional Institute.
  • Derrick Williams II, 22, of Akron, pled guilty to one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at the Lorain Correctional Institute.
  • Nichole Thompson, 25, of Akron pled guilty to one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification. She was sentenced to 4 years in prison and is currently incarcerated at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville.

Vasser, Williams and Thompson each also pled guilty to one count aggravated robbery with a firearm specification for the robbery of a pizza delivery driver in Akron a few weeks before they committed the crime in Twinsburg.

A fourth subject, Frank Senvisky, age 18 & a resident of Pinebark Place in Twinsburg, pled guilty on January 24th to one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification. He is awaiting sentencing.
