Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrests

Editor's Note: The details of this case were changed after it was discovered Samantha Minute used the name of her younger sister to get out of charges against her, according to the Twinsburg Police Department. Minute was charged with forgery after lying about her ID.

Two people were arrested and charged with possession of hallucinogens during a traffic stop on June 23.

Samantha Minute, 27, and Marc Haynes, 44, of Macedonia, were pulled over at Grande Village Manor on East Aurora Road for a traffic violation.

While police were talking to the two, they noticed a bag that officers said contained marijuana, narcotic pills, and drug paraphernalia in the car.

Both were taken into custody and charged.
