Twinsburg Burglary Case Seems Out of the Ordinary

While nothing was taken, the niece of deceased resident noticed items strewn about the house

There could be a very logical explanation for this case, but at the same point, it feels a bit creepy.

Twinsburg police were called to the 10000 block of Blossom Lane for a possible burglary on April 3.

The owner recently died and her niece had been taking care of the house since her death. When the niece arrived that day, she noticed things "seemed to be out of place."

Looking around the house she noticed the bedroom window was open and the window screen was sitting on the curtains. Even more interesting was that the closet door was open, leading up to the open crawlspace. She said it looked as if someone was up there looking through the boxes and moving them around.

Even though nothing was stolen, she had no idea who could have done this. The locks had been changed and she had the only set of keys. The house was locked that day when she arrived.

Police found no fingerprints on the window or anywhere else in the residence.
