Twinsburg Man Plays Name Game With Police, Loses

A 20-year-old Twinsburg man told police he was someone else to avoid an active warrant, but one officer remembered him from a previous incident

A word to the wise: When dealing with police, give them your real name. Especially when they know who you are.

A 20-year-old Twinsburg man found that out the hard way.

During a traffic stop at the Sheetz on East Aurora Road, one of the men in the car told police his name was "Myles" Campbell. However, one of the officers recognized him from the dashboard video and knew him as Michael Campbell. After checking the dash cam to be sure, officers ran a warrant check for Campbell, who had an active warrant for failure to appear on a suspended license charge.
