Victim Identified In Twinsburg Murder Case

Twinsburg Police have identified the victim in a domestic dispute that they say led to murder on Sunday.

Tami A. Wong, 46, of Twinsburg, was pronounced dead at the Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg. She was suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Her husband, Glenn Wong, 50, of Twinsburg, has been charged with aggravated murder in her death.

According to the police report, officers were called to 3180 Abrams Drive at 7:06 a.m. Sunday to deal with a domestic violence in progress.

The police found Tami Wong in a first-floor bedroom suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was transported to Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg, where she died.

Glenn Wong was taken to the Cleveland Clinic as well for treatment of injuries, and then jailed in Summit County Jail.

The couple's two children -- a 10-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son -- are currently being cared for by relatives, according to Twinsburg Police Chief Chris Noga.

"Our hearts go out to these two children," Noga said. "No child should ever have to endure this kind of tragedy and we ask our community to keep them in their thoughts and prayers."

Wong will be arraigned  by video at 10 a.m. today in Stow Municipal Court.
