One Twinsburg police officer was sitting in the Town Center parking lot on Oct. 11 when he heard a car flying through the lot.
When he found the car he saw it driving through spaces and heading toward him when it came to a hard stop, the driver looking "dazed and lethargic," according to the report.
As he approached the car, the officer said he smelled alochol coming from it, and it started rolling forward.
Talking to the driver the officer reported her eyes were bloodshot and glassy and fell as she got out of the car.
Gina Carter, 45, of Cleveland, was charged with drunken driving and reckless operation on private property, after failing field sobriety tests and refusing a breathalyzer test.
