Wong Case Update: Medical Examiner Report Released; Next Court Date Set

Glenn Wong is charged with the murder of his wife, Tami Wong, of Twinsburg.

Glenn Wong has been charged with the death of his wife, Tami Wong, after she died of stab wounds after a domestic altercation.

Now the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office has released its report ruling her death a homicide, saying she died of multiple stab wounds, reports the Twinsburg Bulletin.

Glenn Wong, who pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated murder earlier this week, is expected to appear in Summit County Court of Common Pleas on March 4 for a preliminary hearing.

Bond for Wong was set at $1 million cash. He did not have an attorney when he was arraigned on Monday, and it's unclear if he's hired representation yet.

Meanwhile, a candlight vigil is planned for Tami Wong at 7 p.m. Thursday on Abrams Drive near the Wong family home. Attendees should bring a candle and are asked to park on Abrams past Darien Lane. Organizers have asked the media not to attend.

Twinsburg police were called to the Wong residence on Abrams drive at about 7 a.m. Feb. 24 to deal with a domestic dispute.

Tami Wong was found stabbed multiple times in a first-floor bedroom. She died at the Cleveland Clinic Family Health and Surgery Center, where she was taken for her injuries.

I think you mean bring a candle and not bring a camera

Yes, a candle! Not a camera. I was uploading pictures from my camera just before writing this and had camera on the brain. Apologies for the error.
