Liberty Dog Park to Separate Large, Small Dogs

Project expected to cost $10,000.

Plans are moving forward to create a separation at the dog park in Liberty Park between large and small dogs, reports the Twinsburg Bulletin.

The anticipated $10,000 project will get underway in October and should include dog ramps and obstacles.

"The goal of the project was to go from one area to two areas," David Post, parks and recreation committee member, told the Twinsburg Bulletin. "The problem is, right now we've got big dogs and little dogs all playing in that area, which is potentially unsafe ... [and] there's no sign at the Twinsburg Dog Park that even lets people know it's there. I'd like to get more things there for the dogs to play with, like ramps and things like that."
