Manor Care, Chrysler Redevelopment Up for Discussion Tonight

The city's planning commission will hear presentations on two issues at tonight's meeting

HCR ManorCare, which will soon find a home in Twinsburg, will go before the planning commission tonight at 7 p.m. with their future plans, said Larry Finch, director of planning and community development.

ManorCare will show the commission a 3D fly-by video along with a graphic of the proposed site. Finch said they are awaiting a variance for the site, but no action will be taken tonight.

Plans for redevelopment of the former Chrysler stamping plant will also be discussed tonight, as the ARCO construction company will discuss further their future plans for the site. Finch said he doubted there would be any action because they still require a variance as well.
